- How to Control Premature Ejaculation - 3 Great Ways to Last Longer in Bed
- By:Chris Bailey
How to control premature ejaculation? It's a common cry for help from over 30% of men at some point in their lives? I, too, used to suffer from it. In this article, discover 3 great ways that you can last longer and be the man that your woman wants.
Different Positions
This is one of the best ways to last longer. You may think that you're adventurous in bed. Perhaps you use up to 6 or 7 positions already? You haven't lived yet, my friend!
Do yourself a favour and get on Google and search for "sex positions". There are at least one hundred of them and they are not simply variations of missionary, side, "doggy" and woman on top. They are much more than that.
What you'll find is that there are many positions which are great for both you and your partner, allow her better stimulation of the clitoris and, most importantly, allow you to last longer.
What works for some men doesn't work for other so it's important to experiment. Here's one personal tip of mine which may work for you - try woman on top but facing away you. This has been a personal favourite of mine and I never ejaculated early in this position when I suffered from PE.
Anesthetics
These can be a great way of delaying orgasm if used correctly. You have two options.
The first is to use a condom that contains anesthetic. This will look like a small amount of gel in the tip of the condom. When you roll it on, within 5 minutes you will lose your "hypersensitivity" and it will buy you a few extra minutes.
Better still is an anesthetic spray. With a spray you can also target the shaft of your penis as well.
The key with anesthetics is not to use too much. You only want to take the "edge" off your hypersensitivity. Use too much and you could have trouble reaching ejaculation. You will also enjoy sex less due to too much loss of feeling.
Masturbate Beforehand
Have you noticed that your first ejaculation of the day is always the quickest? It would be a good idea to exploit this knowledge to last longer in bed and achieve better control of your premature ejaculation.
Ideally, you should masturbate about 20 minutes before sex. However, if this is not possible then even a few hours ahead or a masturbation in the morning will help you a lot.
Either way, when it comes to real sex, you will be able to achieve a full erection with no problems and yet last longer in bed.
Embarrassed and just want to be a master lover that your woman really desires in bed? I too, used to have premature ejaculation just like you. I devised my own 16 different methods to cure it.
